I've titled my project 'Proper Mumble Music' not without any reason. I think that the Polish language is much different than English and I could say that sometimes it's just mumbling, even while singing. Maybe I should explain what mumble means, to mumble means to speak quietly and unclearly. There are many artists who sing really unclear, of course, we still have many of them with perfect diction even if they nearly don't open their mouth while singing. My research maybe wasn't focused on mumbling but even our polish mumbling has its own rhythm and melody line so music could help to improve speaking voice. It's interesting how I've started from a little thing like mumbling and I just wanted to do research about 'music and language' and I've found so many relevant things so far. Language in music will be always interesting and fascinating for me, as I speak two of them and actually learn the third one, which is Spanish and it also has its own rules, rhythm, melody and different accents. My video aims to show the differences in languages I speak which I've noticed so far, I didn't really know where my research was going to but now at least I know that spoken text also has its unique rhythm.
